Plain language summary
Every course has a written enrollment summary showing its dates, tuition, deposit, kit and assessment requirements. Course specific terms work together with these policies. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
Before training
Enrollment and course information
Before payment, Scarlet by Amina — Academy provides the student with the program name, learning format, scheduled dates, tuition, payment schedule, kit information, language, attendance requirements and certificate scope.
A place is confirmed only after the Academy sends written confirmation and receives any stated reservation payment.
Students must provide accurate identity, contact and experience information.
Prices already confirmed in writing will not change for that enrollment unless the student requests a different program or format.
Students under the legal age of majority require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Money and reservations
Payments and deposits
Tuition and accepted payment methods are shown on the written quote, invoice or enrollment summary. Deposits may be required for selected courses or private training and are applied to the total tuition.
The deposit amount, due date and refund treatment must be disclosed before payment.
Installment plans are valid only when confirmed in writing by the Academy.
Missing an agreed payment date may suspend access to class, models, materials or certification until the account is corrected.
The Academy provides a receipt or invoice for payments it receives.
Cancellations and attendance
Schedule changes and no shows
Private sessions and one to one training require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or request a new date. Requests must be sent through the Academy contact shown in the enrollment confirmation.
Late cancellations and no shows may lose the reservation deposit or scheduled session fee.
Late arrival may shorten or cancel the session while the scheduled fee remains payable.
Withdrawal from a multi day course or group cohort follows the course specific terms disclosed before payment.
Emergency requests are reviewed individually. A credit or new date is not automatic until confirmed in writing.
If the Academy cancels
If Scarlet by Amina — Academy cancels a full course, the student may choose a transfer to an available date or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled course.
Refund protection
Refunds and credits
Refund eligibility before a course begins is stated in the written enrollment summary and remains subject to applicable law. After training begins, completed classes, delivered kits, opened products and custom materials are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Any eligible unused tuition is reviewed against the written enrollment terms.
An approved rescheduling credit has no cash value and must be used within the period stated in writing.
Not completing attendance, practice or assessment does not automatically create a refund right.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route whenever possible.
Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived, including any withdrawal right that applies to the specific transaction.
Professional standards
Training, models and certificates
Students must follow hygiene, safety, conduct and supervision instructions. The Academy may pause or end unsafe activity to protect students, models and clients.
After meeting the applicable attendance, practice and assessment requirements, you receive a Certificate of Completion and a Letter of Recognition issued by Scarlet by Amina — Academy. They identify the student, program, instructor, completion date and documented training hours.
These Academy-issued documents describe the training completed. They are not government licences, accredited diplomas or guarantees of employment.
Students and models must provide truthful health and consent information before a practical procedure.
Photos or videos of a student, model or client are published only with separate written consent.
Harassment, dishonesty, unsafe conduct or deliberate damage may lead to removal from training.
Course protection
Learning materials and intellectual property
Academy manuals, demonstrations, videos, templates and branded course materials are supplied for the enrolled student's personal learning and professional reference.
Materials may not be copied, resold, publicly uploaded or distributed without written permission.
Academy content may not be repackaged or used to operate another training course without written permission.
Students may use their own approved portfolio work only when model consent and privacy requirements are respected.
Personal information
Privacy, communications and cookies
The Academy uses only information reasonably needed to answer inquiries, manage enrollment, receive payment, deliver training, maintain safety records and issue certificates. Personal information is not sold.
Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers who need the information for the stated purpose.
Records are kept only for the period needed for the stated purpose or a legal obligation.
Students may request access, correction or lawful opposition by emailing the Academy.
Marketing messages require consent and may be stopped at any time.
WhatsApp and email are third party services. Information sent through them is also handled under their own terms.
Nonessential advertising or tracking cookies will not be used without the required notice and choice.
Training requests are saved for enrollment follow-up and acknowledged by email. Future laser updates are sent only when requested; you may ask the Academy to stop them.
Questions and disputes
Contact and complaints
Students should contact the Academy first so the facts, documents and proposed resolution can be reviewed. This does not prevent a student from using any consumer authority, association or court available under Moroccan law.
